Georgia ACT welcomes CEO, Sabrina Newby to its board

Georgia Advancing Communities Together, Inc. (Georgia ACT) is announces the addition of Sabrina Newby, CEO of the Coastal Minority Chamber of Commerce, to its board of directors.


Dr. Bambie Hayes-Brown, president and CEO of Georgia ACT, expressed excitement over Newby’s appointment, stating that her experience in economic development will be an asset to the organization.

“Georgia Advancing Communities Together, Inc. (Georgia ACT) is thrilled to have Sabrina Newby on our board,” Dr. Hayes-Brown said. “Her extensive experience in economic development aligns perfectly with our mission to create sustainable and affordable housing solutions and ensure that all Georgia families have safe, decent, affordable housing in vibrant neighborhoods.


Sabrina’s insights and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our statewide community and economic development opportunities.
